Mark Strasser has a B.A. from Harvard College, an M.A. and Ph.D. in philosophy from the University of Chicago, and a J.D. from Stanford Law School. He
has taught philosophy at the University of Texas at Arlington and Washington University in St.
Louis, and has been teaching law at Capital University Law School since 1993, except for the 1999-2000 academic year during which he was a visiting professor at the University of Maryland
School of Law and for the Fall term of 2001 during which he was the Visiting Tyler
Haynes Chair Professor of Law at the University of Richmond School of Law.
