Welcome to International Sales in Passau, Germany.
This 1 credit course will cover the basics of International Sales under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (the CISG). We will compare its provisions with those of Article 2 of the Uniform Commercial Code, applicable throughout the United States to domestic transactions involving the sale of goods.
