Professor Floyd Weatherspoon is the coordinator of the Labor and Employment Law concentration for the JD program at Capital University Law School where he has been a member of the faculty since 1989. Professor Weatherspoon is widely considered an expert in the area labor arbitration, mediation and civil rights.
