BLSA Announcements Black History Month Events Join BLSA in celebrating Black History with
educational and exciting events. BLSA is hosting a "Taste
of the African Diaspora".
Experience food from several regions around the globe. The first taste is Tuesday, February 12 and
will feature Southern Specialties. The
menu will consist of fried chicken, stuffed potato casserole, and salad. Meals are available from 4:30 until they
sell out for $5 each. Look forward to
more menus and dates coming soon. Racism Revisited – Come join us as we
continue our discussion about race relations in Movie Night – Come further the
discussion of race in Women’s Fireside
Chat – The women of BLSA from CULS and OSU will be joining with
attorneys in Put your roller skates on! BLSA will be hosting a Skate
Night in conjunction with the Capital Equality Alliance on Tuesday, February
26. The event will take place at
United Skates of America (3362 Refugee Road). Bar Review – Join us for drinks, food,
and entertainment at After 5 in the Brewery District.
Friday, February 29 at 6 pm. Click
the link above for directions. Presidential Primaries Discussion – This event, sponsored by
the Military Law Society will feature BLSA advisor, Prof. Mark Brown. The discussion will be held Monday,
February 25. Stay tuned to the school
announcement boards for location and time. Summer and autumn
semester scheduling will begin April 7.
